Dear Rotaractors, friends and guests,

We are pleased to invite you to our 10th official meeting on 22.02., an interactive lecture with Mr. Andreas Geiger from Toastmasters International.
Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs.
In his presentation, Mr. Geiger invites you to put his tips and tricks to the test and expand your skillset by participating. 

Due to the current pandemic situation, Mr. Geiger asked us for the possibility to give his presentation via Zoom.

To give everyone the opportunity to join this meeting in a way they feel comfortable, the board decided to hold this meeting hybrid.

If you would like to meet at the “Haus zum Rüden” (Limmatquai 42, 8001 Zurich) you are welcome to join us with your laptop and headphones (in order to avoid interferences during the meeting on Zoom). We can follow the meeting together and have a meal afterwards. 

As always we are very thankful for your support in order to reach the minimal consumption of 400 CHF and for you to make it possible for the Club to meet in such a central and beautiful location
.
 

  • Registration: The window to register for the meeting will end on the Saturday before the meeting (19.02) at lunchtime (12:00 am) if you would like to join in person at Haus zum Rüden. We‘ll have to be quite strict since the restaurant needs to plan which room we get and how to set the tables. So please make sure to register before the deadline if you would like to join in person!
  • Ordering of food: There will be a selection of meals to choose from in a second doodle below. Please make sure to enter your choice until Saturday 12:00 am before the meeting (19.02.) at lunchtime (12:00 am) as well, so they are able to plan our evening next to other events taking place and their normal restaurant business and make it a smooth experience for all of us.
  • Paying: the Club will pay the bill in total at the end of the evening. Please make sure to keep track of your consumption and to pay it via twint or cash to our treasurer Gianluca or president Elena at the same evening before leaving.

The meeting will start at 7 pm. As this is an official meeting, please do your best to be on time.
