Dear Rotaractors and guests,
We would like to invite you to our official meeting in this club year on Tuesday, 4th of October. We'll have the possibility to get to know Chiara a little bit better. Perhaps there will also be another self presentation by another guest but if not we'll just enjoy dinner and have a nice chat to get to know one another.
• Ordering of food: The restaurant will provide us with a meat or vegetarian food option for 30 CHF per person. Please sign up on Polaris with your preferred food option till Saturday morning, because we have to give the restaurants our order.
Should someone of you not be able to make it after you ordered the food beforehand: either find a substitute or pay nevertheless (This are the terms Haus zum Rüden will host us for upcoming events).
