Dear Rotaractors, friends and guests,
As our last session at the animal shelter in Zurich has been a large success and they were very happy about our help, we have now decided to do this project now on a regular basis!
Therefore, we would like to invite you to our next session on Saturday June 15th, from 9am to 12pm..
After our save-the-date, we now have a list of concrete tasks that we would be doing this time:
- Remove weed from the rooftop
- Clean the windows in the cat rooms (as usual)
- Clean the chimneys on the rooftop (where the cats have the access on the terrace)
- Potentially mow the lawn
- Bundling of cards for people who are a godparent for an animal
- Assemble feeding toys for rabbits and Guinea pigs (as usual)
- Potentially also some outside work in the stables for the rabbits and Guinea pigs
For the new joiners there will also be a little tour of the facility and they also provide some breakfast and coffee/tea for us.
The event is limited to 10 helpers. Please already indicate in the Doodle if you can participate and please sign out should your plans change.
