We are happy to invite you to our yearly meeting with Rotary Zurich. This year Mr. Markus Neuhaus, Mr. Pius Baschera and Mr. Niklaus Peter have accepted our invitation. We will have a short panel discussion with a focus on personal development and corporate culture followed by dinner.

Markus Neuhaus
Dr Markus R. Neuhaus joined PwC in March 1985 and was admitted to the Partnership in July 1992. From1995 to 1998 he was Leader Tax and Legal Services Zurich and in 1996 he took over the leadership inEurope of Tax and Legal Services Mergers & Acquisitions. From 1999 to 2003 he was Global Leader of thisarea. From 2003 until June 2012 he held the position as CEO and Territory Senior Partner of PwCSwitzerland. From 2005 until 2007 he was a member of the PwC Global Board, from 2007 to 2008 he was incharge of continental Europe, and since 2010 he has been a member of the Global Network Executive Team.Since July 2012 he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of PwC Switzerland.
Pius Baschera
Born in Switzerland in 1950, Pius Baschera studied at ETH Zurich, where he graduated with a Masters Degree in Engineering and Management. He earned afterwards a Ph.D. in technical sciences. Following his academic education he joined Hilti Corporation (Liechtenstein) in 1979. He held several management positions until he became the CEO of Hilti in 1993 until 2006. 2007 he was promoted to the position Chairman of the Hilti Group. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Roche Holding Ltd., Schindler Group, Vorwerk & Co. KG and Ardex GmbH.
Niklaus Peter
Theologiestudium in Basel, Berlin und Princeton, Th.M., Dr. theol., Doktorarbeit über Franz Overbeck, Oberassistent mit Lehrauftrag an der Universität Basel, danach Studentenseelsorger in Bern, von 2000 bis 2004 Leiter des Theologischen Verlages Zürich (und noch bis 2011 Programmberater). Seit Oktober 2004 Pfarrer am Fraumünster Zürich, Vizedekan des Pfarrkapitels Stadt Zürich. Verheiratet mit Vreni Peter-Barth, Musikerin, vier erwachsene Kinder. Ehrenamtliche Mitarbeit im Vorstand der Winterhilfe Stadt Zürich, im Vorstand der Reformationsstiftung, der Karl Barth-Stiftung und der Stiftung Nietzsche-Haus Sils Maria.
