Dear Rotaractors & Guests,
Did you ever have the chance to make your own cheese? And have you ever visited the beautiful Einsiedeln Abbey? Well now you do and you get to do it in great company! :-)
Rotaract Zürich is organizing a Saturday (20.10.) fun event in Einsiedeln with the following program:
9am Individual arrival at Einsiedeln train station
9:30 – 11:00am making cheese at Milchmanufaktur Einsiedeln incl. a short tour around the factory
11:30am – 2:00pm (approx.) we will take a bus to the restaurant "Grüne Aff" right by the lake Sihl for lunch. Depending on the weather we will be able to enjoy the lake and walk back to the monastery.
2:00 – 3:00pm Guided visit of the monastery Einsiedeln including the library
After 3pm Individual return trip
We will have an English speaking guide with us all day.
The cheese will need to mature for around a month and will be sent to us once it's ready!
Costs: 30 CHF per person, RAC Zürich members pay 25 CHF
The costs cover: cheesemaking, guided tour of the monastery and entrance fee to the library.
Bus rides and food/drinks purchased are to be payed individually.
The event is limited to 20 people. Please register until October 14th 2018.
